Booking Terms and Conditions

Blue Bay Homes sets out below, the terms and conditions of your booking, which forms your agreement with Blue Bay Homes.

Booking Procedure

The booking references and agreement include the person named on the reservation and all persons on those behalf the booking is made.
We accept bookings for any dates with a minimum reservation period of 7 nights. However, we will consider alternative arrangements depending on the period and the availability.
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. For less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, a payment in full is required. The booking is valid after the deposit has been received.
By making a booking the person agrees with the regulations of the Greek protocol of health and safety. The cleaning service is provided according the protocol procedure under the agreement of the booking person. Check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 10:00.
For reservations that are cancelled due to restrictions or changed due to flights cancellations, the booking person may re-schedule the holiday dates or gets a holiday credit voucher valid for 18 months, with prices adjusted depending on the period, instead of cancelling the booking.
We currently accept credit and debit card payments or bank transfer.
The prices may change anytime without a notice. The price of each property when a booking has been made and it is confirmed by payment is not altered afterwards.

Cancellation of a booking

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you should inform us immediately by a confirmatory email.

Please make sure you organise adequate insurance for your holiday, including medical coverage. An E111 is only accepted in Corfu General Hospital.

Alterations to Bookings

It is unusual that we will have to make any changes to your booking, however most bookings are made months in advance and changes are sometimes required. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible about any alterations.

Occupants

The number of occupants in the accommodation must not exceed the number stated on the confirmation email, otherwise agreed with Blue Bay Homes.
Pets are not allowed.

Behaviour and Breakage

We reserve the right to terminate your stay or any holiday services without warning if you or your party’s behaviour is disruptive or effects the enjoyment of other guests or our employees.
The customer is responsible for any breakages or damage to the property and any charges are met by you and paid to the owners.

Data Protection

Blue Bay Homes will not supply any personal customer’s information.

Car hire – Boat hire

Any damage caused to the vehicles or boats will be the responsibility of the hirer according the contracts. Blue Bay Homes does not accept responsibility for any damaged car or boat by the guests.

Payment of car or boat hire

For customers who wish to reserve a car or a boat a 20% is required. The balance is due on the pickup day of the car or the boat. Should cancellation occur, we reserve the right to hold back the deposit of the payment as cancellation fee.

Transfers

Blue Bay Homes arranges the taxi or minibus transfers for your arrival and departure. Your actual flight details are required, and it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Blue Bay Homes for them.
On your arrival, the taxi driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals of the airport holding a sign with your name on it.
On your departure we at Blue Bay Homes will book your transfer for you. It is the customers responsibility to be on time for their taxi departure and to report to us any delay. If the customer changes the scheduled departure, Blue Bay Homes is no longer responsible for the transfer.
If the customer meets any difficulty regarding the transfer, he is obliged to contact Blue Bay Homes immediately; otherwise Blue Bay Homes is not responsible.
