Villa Regina Barbati Corfu Villa Regina is located in the beautiful and popular region of Barbati, on the northeast coast of Corfu, just 20km from Corfu Town.Villa Regina occupies a wonderful position at the foot of the tallest mountain of Corfu, Pantokrator surrounded by olive groves and gardens with lemon trees and flowers. There is a public path that after an approximate 10 minutes walk leads to the center of Barbati Village. This two-storey villa offers the flexibility of sleeping up to 10 people, (6 people on the upper floor and 4 people on the ground floor) depending of the use of one or both floors. Villa Regina enjoys a quiet place within walking distances to lively Barbati village, becoming an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.
The villa’s upper floor, sleeping up to 6 people, is spacious with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and dining area- living room, all connected with a hall. The master bedroom is commodious with a double bed with a fitted wardrobe and dressing table and the French doors lead onto the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds with a fitted wardrobe and dressing table as well; the French doors lead onto the same balcony of the master bedroom with lovely views of the sea through the trees that surround the property.
The third bedroom has twin beds with a fitted wardrobe and dressing table and the French doors lead to a private paved terrace with a large granite table and built sill with comfortable cushions naturally shaded by an olive tree and an extra table with chairs and a large umbrella ideal for outdoor eating. There is a fully tiled bathroom with a full size bath, shower fitments, w.c., a large basin and a hair dryer. There is a washing machine; an iron and iron board are available. The kitchen is an ample room with all the essential equipment: crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven and fridge/freezer. The air-conditioned living room and dining area is connected with the kitchen through an arch. There is a barbeque at the same level, just outside the living room for easy serving. There is stairway leading down to a stone paved terrace with a stone built table surrounded by an olive grove, also accessible from the ground floor as well. The ground floor apartment is sleeping 4 people. The long corridor connects the bedrooms with the kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom with shower. The equipment of the bedrooms and kitchen are identical to the upper floor. The French doors of the bedrooms open onto the balcony-patio area with views to the sea and the greenery surroundings. Booking Information- There is flexibility in days of arrival. Bookings can be made only for a minimum duration of 4 nights.

Driving instructions from the airport- At the exit to the airport, turn RIGHT. You will pass through a residential area before reaching a junction with traffic lights at the sea.
- Turn LEFT at the sea and continue along this road. You will pass 'Corfu Palace' Hotel on your left, the Old Town on your left and the Old Fort on your right, you will eventually pass under an archway of the Palace of Saint's Michael & George.
- Follow the road and you will pass the Old Port. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights followed by a long stretch of bars, night clubs and restaurants on the left, the sea will be on your right all the way to Kalami.
- You will come to a large T-junction with traffic lights, turn RIGHT down the slip road.
- Continue along the dual carriageway, pass through several sets of traffic lights. Just after the 'Park Hotel' on the left (there is half a boat sticking out the front of the hotel) you will come to traffic lights at a busy junction. Turn RIGHT - follow signs for Kassiopi.
- Pass through resorts of Dassia, Ipsos, and then the road will narrow as you start your ascent along the coastline. You will enter Barbati, pass the shops, bars and the tavernas.
- Pass the bar “Agathi” that you will see on your right hand and then turn on the left. Follow the local road, turn left, drive straight and you will find on your left hand the Villa Regina with the private outdoor parking area.
Places nearbyFrom Barbati onwards north:- Nissaki:
The sleepy Nissaki village has just a sprinkling of tavernas and local shops. A small road reaches the exquisite, but tiny, white shingle coves. - Kalami:
This hideaway heaven is one of the most popular resorts on Corfu Island for its natural beauty and Greek traditional style. - Kouloura:
This small harbour with fishing boats is set against a backdrop of cypress and pine trees and there is only one taverna. There is an old chapel of Ag. Nicolas. The nearest beach is just a little further along at Houhoulio. Upon Kouloura’s cape, an old estate stands since the 11th century and now belongs to the Agnelli family. - Agios Stefanos:
The traditional fishing village of San Stephanos (Agios Stefanos) is a quaint resort with a scattering of villas on the hills, set within the arms of a peaceful bay. The resort has a few tavernas, a couple of bars, super markets and gift shops. - Kerasia:
Few villas and one taverna residing in this undeveloped but popular area. A nice stop for swimming and snorkelling. The way to Kerasia is through Ag. Stefanos. - Kassiopi:
A very popular and lively resort, with many bars, tavernas, restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and A.T.M. machines. Place of archaeological interest as well. The beaches are very small and pebbled, and are hidden away around the headland.
From Barbati towards south- Ipsos:
Surrounded by lush greenery of the hills and Pantokrator mountain, within 20 min walk or 10 min driving, Ipsos is one of the liveliest resorts on Corfu, especially during the busy months of July and August. There is a long mixed shingle and sandy beach along the main road and opposite you will find, just a few tavernas, but plenty of bars and night clubs, fast food places, super markets, tourist shops and tourist offices. - Dassia:
a popular large resort with luxurious hotel units, shops, tavernas and bars. The beach is long and shingle, but in the clear waters becomes to sand. - Gouvia:
another favorite lively resort of Corfu concentrating numerous of tavernas, shops and bars for exciting nightlife. In Gouvia, there is the main marina in Corfu welcoming a big number of yachts.
