Villa NikosVilla Nikos is located on the northeast coast of Corfu, on a hillside above the beautiful Kalami and the picturesque harbour of Kouloura, in the village of Vigla amidst the olive groves and magnificent verdant surroundings.
The villa has been renovated in 2006 and it is characterized by a contemporary style, retaining a relaxed atmosphere and privacy, with sublime panoramic views to the coves of Kalami and Kouloura, and Albania. The villa consists of an upper and lower apartment, with flexibility of sleeping up to 14 people depending on the use of one or both floors. Ideal for couples, families or group of friends.
Indoor- The upper floor has an extended living room to relax in comfort and the French doors lead to the balcony with stunning views to the Corfiot and Albanian scenery.
- On the left and behind the living room (air-con?), there is the kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery and a large dining area for the guests’ meals.
- On the right side there are 3 similar spacious bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and dressing table and the French door is leading to the front balcony, as the next bedroom with the twin beds as
 well. The second twin bedded room has a fitted wardrobe, a dressing table and a window. - There are 2 modern bathrooms with full size baths.
Additional accommodationVilla Nikos offers the advantage to accommodate up to 14 people. There are 2 two-bedroom apartments on the villa’s ground floor, a great opportunity for families or group of friends. The property can be reserved only exclusively and depending on the number of people, the villa offers the options of booking either the main upper floor, sleeping up to 6 people, the upper floor and the one lower apartment, sleeping up to 10 people or both floors, sleeping up to 14 people. OutdoorThe attractive and generously sized pool is conveniently close to the villa and the paved Corfiot stone terrace is supplied with sunbeds and umbrellas. There are two tables and chairs in the pool area, making the perfect setting for an evening drink overlooking the gorgeous horizon. Enjoy sunbathing under the sun or relax with a book under the olive tree shade.  The paved terrace is also a furnished outdoor dining area, covered by beautiful grape vines joining the bougainvillea and jasmine trees. There is a brick built barbeque for the essential al fresco meals. Lush of greenery embrace the property and the flourishing garden is full of roses, geraniums lilies and cacti and lemon and kumquat trees.
Booking Information- The day of arrival is either Monday or Friday. Bookings can be made only for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc.

- We have information book in the Villa, we kindly request that you read the book as it has important health and safety information and information regarding the functioning of the property.
- Check in time is 13:00 and check out time is 11:00
- Baby cots and high chairs are provided at extra charge
- Campbeds are provided at extra charge.
- There is maid service three times per week.
- Towels will be changed twice a week and linen will be changed once a week.

 Blue Bay Travel arranges private transfers with licensed taxis or minibuses for the guests’ arrivals and departures. The guests arrive comfortably at their accommodation, ready to start their holiday avoiding the delays and worries of getting a transfer at the busy Corfu airport, especially when the temperatures are high.
Transfer arrangements can be made at the time of booking or 2 weeks before your arrival date. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals of the airport, holding a clipboard with your name on it. If there is a delay with your flight, the driver will be waiting for you at the time you arrive. For the transfer booking, your flight details are required: flight number, flight arrival (Corfu) time and airport. - Boat Hire:

Driving instructions from the airport- At the exit to the airport, turn RIGHT. You will pass through a residential area before reaching a junction with traffic lights at the sea.
- Turn LEFT at the sea and continue along this road. You will pass 'Corfu Palace' Hotel on your left, the Old Town on your left and the Old Fort on your right, you will eventually pass under an archway of the Palace of Saint's Michael & George.
- Follow the road and you will pass the Old Port. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights followed by a long stretch of bars, night clubs and restaurants on the left, the sea will be on your right all the way to Kalami.
- You will come to a large T-junction with traffic lights, turn RIGHT down the slip road.
- Continue along the dual carriageway, pass through several sets of traffic lights. Just after the 'Park Hotel' on the left (there is half a boat sticking out the front of the hotel) you will come to traffic lights at a busy junction. Turn RIGHT - follow signs for Kassiopi.
- Pass through resorts of Dassia, Ipsos, and then the road will narrow as you start your ascent along the coastline. You will pass through Barbati, Nissaki, Kaminaki, Kentroma, Gimari and Vlachatika.
- You will find on your right hand the sign "Kouloura - Kalami". You turn
Places and beaches nearbyFrom Vigla onwards north- Kerasia
 Few villas and one taverna residing in this undeveloped but popular area. A nice stop for swimming and snorkelling. The way to Kerasia is through Ag. Stefanos. - Agios Stefanos
The traditional fishing village of San Stephanos (Agios Stefanos) is a quaint resort with a scattering of villas on the hills, set within the arms of a peaceful bay. The resort has a few tavernas, a couple of bars, super markets and gift shops. - Kassiopi
A very popular and lively resort, with many bars, tavernas, restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and A.T.M. machines. Place of archaeological interest as well. The beaches are very small and pebbled, and are hidden away around the headland.
From Vigla towards south- Kouloura
 This small harbour with fishing boats is set against a backdrop of cypress and pine trees and there is only one taverna. There is an old chapel of Ag. Nicolas. The nearest beach is just a little further along at Houhoulio. Upon Kouloura’s cape, an old estate stands since the 11th century and now belongs to the Agnelli family. - Kalami
