Built in the heart of Kalami in a wonderful setting amidst the olive groves and cypress trees, Frosso apartments offers a high standard of accommodation to families and couples of all ages, who enjoy self-catering holidays. The Frosso complex consists of a block of 4 two bedroomed apartments, the pool bar on the ground floor, 1 bedroomed apartment and a studio on the first floor with outdoor local stone stairs.
A spacious terrace made of local stone supplied with sun loungers and umbrellas surrounds a full size and tiled swimming pool. 

After swimming in the refreshing crystal clear waters of the pool, a very old olive tree with its natural shadow at the bottom of the terrace is a great asset for relaxation.

On the top-right of the swimming pool there is a paddling pool, ideal for children.
Elia pool bar located in the Frosso complex is open throughout the day offering breakfast, delicious snacks, refreshments and drinks.

A concrete path in a fairly steep incline, leads to the Frosso complex, at a distance of approximately 100m from the beach. Super markets, tavernas and shops are easily accessible within 100 m.

Cleaning
There is maid service three times per week.
Towels will be changed twice a week and linen will be changed once a week.
Extra changes are available upon request for an additional charge.

Rooms

The interior space of each apartment and studio is contemporarily furnished with pale colours in the bedrooms and kitchens, comfortable rooms and spacious balconies and verandas.

Frosso two bedroomed apartments

Allocation: The block of four two-bedroomed apartments occupying 2 floors:
The building consisting of the four apartments is built on raised terrain.
In this elevated position, the ground floor two two-bedroomed apartments have large verandas with countryside view.
The two-bedroomed apartments on the upper floor have balconies with sea view.
Each apartment offers self-catering facilities: a large kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with the essential utensils: fridge/freezer, mini oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Every kitchen has a telephone. The bathrooms are equipped with full bath and shower fitting and hairdryer is included. All bedrooms have twin beds, a wardrobe and dressing table and they are equipped, televisions, air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes. The kitchens of the apartments have windows and all the bedrooms have balconies.
All balconies and verandas are equipped with modern tables and comfortable chairs for outdoor eating and relaxation.

Frosso one bedroomed apartment

Allocation: One one-bedroomed apartment on the upper floor. It is suitable for 2-3 people.
The apartment is on the upper floor, above the pool bar. It is extremely spacious. It has a wooden roof and it is decorated with pale colours. The fully equipped and commodious kitchen with the large dining and lounge area with a sofa bed is separated from the bedroom. The bedroom has twin beds, two comfortable couch chairs with a reading light as well as  the necessary amenities including air-conditioning, television, safety deposit box and telephone. There is a modern WC-shower with a hairdryer included. The veranda is accessible from the kitchen’s balcony overlooking the countryside, pool and sea on the background. The veranda is furnished with tables and chairs where you can enjoy your meals, or relax with a drink as the sun sets.

Frosso studio

Allocation: One Studio on the upper floor. It is suitable for 2 people.
The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the bedroom through an archway. There is a dining area and a modern WC-shower with a hairdryer included. The twin bedroom has a wooden roof and it is equipped with air-conditioning, television, safety deposit box and telephone. The studio has French doors opening onto the balcony with views across the pool, green hills and charming villages.

We have information books in all the apartments, we kindly request that you read the book as it has important health and safety information and information regarding the functioning of the property.
