Perfect for tranquil and relaxing holidays, Ionian Pearl is a luxurious villa for up to 12 people, well designed and structured by quality materials upgrading it to a high class holiday home. The decoration of the villa is characterized by a classic and modern style, leisure equipment and hand-crafted sophisticated furniture.

 This pretty corner of heaven incorporates extensive grounds of lawn along an enormous swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, barbeque, and its own separate pool-house. The special designed pool area commands a superb view over the Corfiot horizon.

Cleaning

Maid service and cleaning five times per week, linen and towel changes three times per week.

Rooms

The villa is laid out over 3 levels connected by a lift as well as a marble staircase.

Lower ground floor

The main kitchen is fully equipped and it has also a separate outside entrance for staff. An everyday sitting room and dining area with a fireplace leads to the garden. There is a playroom with billiard table and spa area with hammam, massage shower, WC, and gymnasium. The doors opens to outside and there is a path access to a private tennis court. Another double bedroom has an en suite shower room.

Entrance level

An open plan hallway and a spacious comfortable living room with dining area and a supplementary kitchen. The large patio doors open on to a covered balcony. The first double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a balcony. The second double bedroom has an en suite shower room with hydromassage shower and a balcony.

First floor

There is an open plan office area with internet connection. A master double bedroom with king size bed has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a balcony. The second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and the twin bedroom has also an en suite shower room. All these rooms have access to a large balcony with sea view.

Useful info

The day of arrival is either Monday or Friday. Bookings can be made only for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc.

Location

The traditional fishing village of Agios Stephanos is a quaint resort, set within the arms of a peaceful bay.

Agios Stephanos or Agios Stephanos Sinion is a typical traditional fishing village, which lies on Corfu’s Northeast coast, surrounded by the tree-clad slopes of the hills, the crystal waters of the Ionian Sea and the idyllic sight of the harbour with the fishing boats.

Agios Stephanos is situated on the Northeast coast of Corfu Island between Kerasia and Kassiopi, almost directly opposite from the other Agios Stephanos on the west side of Corfu, located between Sidari and Arillas. Agios Stephanos is 35 km from Corfu Town and just 3 km from renowned Kassiopi. It is also near to Sinies village and for reasons of accuracy, it is called Agios Stephanos Sinion in order to avoid the confusion between the two Agios Stephanos villages.

Agios Stephanos is a peaceful village and established as one of the first class resorts of Corfu Island.
